Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend reaching out at least 2–4 weeks in advance whenever possible. Proposals, celebrations, larger gatherings, and custom requests may require additional notice. All dates are subject to availability.

Yes. We’re happy to accommodate many dietary preferences and restrictions when possible.
Please let us know about any allergies or special requirements when ordering so we can confirm what we’re able to provide.

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically reserve your date. Once we confirm availability and you approve your experience proposal, a 50% booking deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your experience.(7-14 days for larger events)
